Joe Pallo – Founder, Sell Nothing, LLC
Joe Pallo built his sales expertise from the ground up, financing his North Dakota State University education by selling books door-to-door and developing other students to lead their own sales organizations. This foundation taught him that authentic selling starts with understanding people, not pushing products.
With over 30,000 face-to-face selling conversations and experience as a Sales Trainer with Tom James Company, Joe has worked across startups, family businesses, and organizations spanning financial services, insurance, non-profits, medical sales, and IT. In 2017, he founded Sell Nothing, LLC, focusing on sales coaching, training, and consulting that emphasizes fundamental principles over tactics.
Joe's approach centers on helping clients discover capabilities they didn't know they had through accountability and solid foundational work. He's the author of the upcoming book "How to Sell Nothing Better Than Everyone Else."
